about our invoicing process

Part of our initial conversation with any new client is our financial structure, and how we have designed it so as to be as flexible as possible. We cover terms, frequency of invoicing during a project, and all the other aspects associated with finances.

Some clients retain our services by way of contract in three month increments (three month, six month, nine month or full year, etc.). This allows our clients to have a fixed budget for design and marketing services needs, and also creates an "any need, any time" availability between us.

Others chose to work on a project-by-project basis, where each project is estimated and invoiced monthly until completion. This approach is helpful for those that have short-term design needs.

In small business it generally "takes one to know one," so we work with our clients on an individual level.
